The Business Operation

	Monkeynastix is a mobile business in which Franchisees provide the Monkeynastix Program at various schools and centres within their agreed territory each week. Children join the International Monkeynastix Program and attend weekly sessions, which are appropriate for their age.

The Territory

	The Franchisee is licenced the right to start a Monkeynastix Franchise and operate it solely in a specified area.

The Membership

	Monkeynastix is a registered Trade Mark and all children are required to join and become members of the International Program. As part of the annual membership, Monkeynastix members are automatically covered by public liability personal accident insurance whilst attending sessions. Being a structured movement education program, we operate a strict staff ratio of one instructor for every 15 children for all classes.
